AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE WORCESTER DCU ARENA AND CONVENTION CENTER

        Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
        SECTION 1.  Section 2 of chapter 422 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “$30,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $60,000,000.
        SECTION 2.  Said section 2 of said chapter 422 is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “act”, in line 3, the following words:- provided, however, that prior to the issuance of any funds pursuant to a loan order adopted under this act, the city manager and the city treasurer and collector of taxes shall file a report with the city council stating the revenues expected to be delivered by the city pursuant to subsection (a) of section 3.
        SECTION 3.  Subsection (b) of section 3 of said chapter 422 is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “44”, in line 13, the following words:- ; plus the approximate 0.90 acre parcel of land located at 65 Prescott street; plus the approximate 0.24 acre parcel of land located at 205 Summer street; plus the approximate 1.09 acre parcels of land located at 212 Summer street; plus the approximate 0.92 acre parcel of land shown as Area of Washington Square To Be Discontinued, on a plan of land prepared by BSC Group, Inc., entitled “Discontinuance Of A Portion Of Washington Square”, dated June 6, 2013, to be recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds; plus the approximate 4.28 acre parcel of land located at 2 Main street; plus the approximate 2.42 acre parcel of land located at 1 Lincoln square; plus, but only for the purpose of the receipts identified by clause (iii) of subsection (a), the approximate 1.33 acre parcel of land consisting of parcels P-1, P-2 and O-1, on a plan of land prepared by Nitsch Engineering, entitled “Approval Not Required Plan”, dated November 29, 2012, to be recorded in the Worcester district registry of deeds.
