AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS FOR MASSAGE THERAPISTS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 228 of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “event”, in line 28, the following words:- , whether on a single day or on consecutive days,.
SECTION 2. Section 235 of said chapter 112, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “television”, in line 23, the following words:- ; or through electronic means.
