AN ACT REVIVING AND CONTINUING THE TASK FORCE ON THE PREVENTION OF UNLAWFUL AND UNNECESSARY FORECLOSURES
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to revive and continue forthwith a certain task force, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The task force established in section 4 of chapter 194 of the acts of 2012 is hereby revived and continued. The task force shall submit its findings and recommendations to the clerks of the senate and house of representatives, the joint committee on financial services and the joint committee on the judiciary not later than July 21, 2014.
