AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF HUDSON AS THE CAPTAIN SETH R. MICHAUD MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The bridge numbered H-25-004 located on Houghton street in the town of Hudson, spanning the Assabet river, shall be designated and known as the Captain Seth R. Michaud Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of Captain Seth R. Michaud, a United States Marine Corps helicopter pilot who passed away on June 22, 2003 supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
