AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BOURNE TO GRANT AN EASEMENT OVER A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The board of selectmen of the town of Bourne, with the approval of the conservation commission, may grant an easement over a certain parcel of land under the care and custody of the conservation commission. The land is identified on town assessor’s map 42.4 as parcel 15 and recorded in the Barnstable registry of deeds in book 6075, page 164. The easement, to install utilities, shall be on terms and conditions considered to be in the best interest of the town of Bourne.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
