AN ACT DESIGNATING COURTROOM G WITHIN THE FIRST DISTRICT COURT OF ESSEX COUNTY IN THE CITY OF SALEM AS THE DAVID T. DOYLE COURTROOM
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Courtroom G within the first district court of Essex county in the city of Salem shall be designated and known as the David T. Doyle Courtroom in honor of the Honorable David T. Doyle, the former justice of the first district court of Essex county.
The division of capital asset management and maintenance shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the division.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
