AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SHARON TO ABATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TAXES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the board of assessors of the town of Sharon may abate a portion of the fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 real property taxes assessed on the parcel of land located at 9 Glendale road and owned by the Reverend Dale Van Meter, in the total amount of $5,401.77, to remedy inaccurate frontage calculations and land valuation errors in those fiscal years.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
