The 193rd General Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE MAXIMUM AGE OF SPECIAL POLICE OFFICERS IN THE CITY KNOWN AS THE TOWN OF BRIDGEWATER.

     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
     SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 1 of chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the maximum age for a special police officer appointed in the city known as the town of Bridgewater shall be 70 years of age.
     SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
