AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK PETROLEUM CLEANUP FUND ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW BOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 8 of chapter 21J of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 18, the words “Independent Oil Marketers Association of New England” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- New England Convenience Store and Energy Marketers Association, Inc.
