AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF SHARON TO ABATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TAXES
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 8 of chapter 58 of the General Laws, the town of Sharon, acting by and through its board of assessors, may abate a portion of the fiscal years 2012, 2013 and 2014 real property taxes assessed on a parcel of land located at 36R Norfolk place in the total amount of $6,262.31.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
