AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF BECKET ON MAY 16, 2015.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or town by-law to the contrary, the acts, proceedings and votes taken by the town of Becket at its annual town election on May 16, 2015, and all actions taken pursuant thereto and in reliance thereon are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with all statutory and town by-law requirements to include the ballot question in the warrant for the election.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
