AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WESTHAMPTON TO GRANT A LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF WINES AND MALT BEVERAGES TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES.

     Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
     SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding sections 11, 12, 17, 19B and 19C of chapter 138 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the licensing authority of the town of Westhampton may grant to Bradford K. Morse and Jeffery D. Morse as the owners of Outlook Farm located at 136 Main road a license for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises; provided, however, that the wines and malt beverages shall be produced by or for the winery or brewery and sold under the winery or brewery brand name and shall be poured by the glass.  The license shall only be granted if the owner holds a farmer winery or farmer brewery license under section 19B or 19C of said chapter 138 and meets all other requirements for the granting of the license. The license shall be subject to all of said chapter 138 except as otherwise provided in this act. The licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to any other applicant or to any other location.
     SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
