AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BOAT LAUNCH AREA IN THE TOWN OF PELHAM AS THE WILLIAM E. PULA FISHING AREA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
The boat launch area 1 located at gate 8 off United States highway route 202, 4½ miles north of the intersection of United States highway route 202 and state highway route 9 in the town of Pelham, shall be designated and known as the William E. Pula fishing area. The department of conservation and recreation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
