AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER OF THE MOHAWK TRAIL REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT TO INVEST THE CARL H. NILMAN SCHOLARSHIP TRUST FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 54 of chapter 44 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the treasurer of the Mohawk Trail Regional School District may invest the Carl H. Nilman Scholarship Trust Fund that is in the custody of the treasurer in accordance with chapter 203C of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
