AN ACT ALLOWING THE CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF ORANGE TO APPOINT A DESIGNEE TO SERVE ON THE TOWN’S BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR SOLDIERS’ MEMORIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding section 105 of chapter 41 of the General Laws, or any other general or special law to the contrary, the chair of the board of selectmen of the town of Orange may appoint a designee to represent said chair on the town’s board of trustees for soldiers’ memorials.
