AN ACT RELATIVE TO A CERTAIN LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF WINES AND MALT BEVERAGES IN THE TOWN OF WAREHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 236 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the first paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-
Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority of the town of Wareham may grant 1 additional license for the sale of wines and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises to Stone Path Malt LLC located at 11 Kendrick road pursuant to section 12 of said chapter 138. The license shall be subject to all of said chapter 138, except said section 17.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
