AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE CITY OF HAVERHILL AS THE UNITED STATES NAVY PETTY OFFICER CAITLIN E. TRASK - VETERANS OF THE WAR ON TERROR MEMORIAL BRIDGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Bridge number H-12-057 (2RR) and bridge number H-12-057 (2RT) on state connector route 125 in the city of Haverhill shall be designated and known as the United States Navy Petty Officer Caitlin E. Trask – Veterans of the War on Terror Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of United States Navy Petty Officer Caitlin E. Trask who served as an IT Specialist on the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower and lost her life in February 2009. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
