AN ACT VALIDATING ACTIONS TAKEN IN CONNECTION WITH AN ANNUAL TOWN MEETING AND AN ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION IN THE TOWN OF WESTHAMPTON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39, section 64 of chapter 54 or section 21C of chapter 59 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, all acts, proceedings and votes taken by the town of Westhampton at its May 11, 2019 annual town meeting and June 1, 2019 annual town election, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed in all respects.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
