AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN PARCELS OF STATE LAND IN THE TOWN OF NEEDHAM NOW UNDER THE CARE AND CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION.
