AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN LICENSES IN THE TOWN OF FOXBOROUGH
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 183A of chapter 140 of the General Laws, a license issued under said section 18A of said chapter 140 by the town of Foxborough, shall expire no later than 1 year from its date of issuance unless sooner revoked.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
