AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE BAKER HILL ROAD DISTRICT.

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, clause (a½) of section 2 of chapter 41 of the acts of 1989, inserted by section 2 of chapter 47 of the acts of 2018, shall not be in effect until the lifting of the state of emergency concerning the novel coronavirus disease outbreak declared by the governor on March 10, 2020 or for 90 days from July 31, 2020, whichever is sooner.

Approved, August 11, 2020.
