AN ACT CHANGING THE AVAILABILITY OF SUPPLEMENTAL RESERVES IN THE TOWN OF WINCHENDON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The third sentence of subsection (e) of section 5 of chapter 448 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out, the words “2 years” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 1 year.
