AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE GRANTING OF AN ADDITIONAL LICENSE FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES NOT TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES IN THE CITY OF MARLBOROUGH
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (d) of section 1 of chapter 306 of the acts of 2018 is hereby amended by striking out the figure “2” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 3.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
