AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF LEICESTER AS THE JOHN J. BINIENDA MEMORIAL BRIDGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Bridge number L-06-017, on Rawson street in the town of Leicester shall be designated and known as the John J. Binienda Memorial Bridge, in memory of John J. Binienda, who was born on June 22, 1947 and died on August 22, 2014 and served in the house of representatives from 1986 until 2014, representing the Worcester 17th district.
SECTION 2. The town shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation; or take any other action in relation thereto.
