AN ACT RESTORING AN INCREASE IN THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH IN THE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 26 of chapter 111 of the General Laws, the board of health of the city of Framingham shall consist of 5 members, serving staggered terms of 3 years.
SECTION 2. The initial terms of the 2 new members of the board of health of the city of Framingham added pursuant to section 1 shall be 2 years and 3 years, respectively.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
