AN ACT VALIDATING ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING HELD IN THE TOWN OF NAHANT
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law, charter provision or bylaw to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Nahant at its September 26, 2020 annual town meeting and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed notwithstanding any error or omission with respect to the calling of such meeting including, the posting of the meeting warrant.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
