AN ACT REDESIGNATING THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN IN THE TOWN OF PRINCETON AS THE SELECTBOARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, there shall be in the town of Princeton a selectboard that shall have the powers and authority of a board of selectmen under any general or special law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
