AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE TOWN OF MIDDLETON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Clause (xv) of the second sentence of subsection (a) of section 54 of chapter 286 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “7727, page 299” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 6363, page 386.
SECTION 2. Clause (xvi) of said second sentence of said subsection (a) of said section 54 of said chapter 286 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words “574, page 451” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- 6487, page 716.
SECTION 3. The parcels of land identified in this act have been used for open space and conservation purposes and shall continue to be restricted for conservation purposes in the town of Middleton after the enactment of this act.
