AN ACT MERGING CERTAIN VOTING PRECINCTS IN THE TOWN OF MIDDLETON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, census block 250092121013010, as designated by the United States Census Bureau for the 2020 federal census, pursuant to Public Law 94-171, codified at 13 USC 141, shall merge with and become part of precinct 3 of the town of Middleton.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
