AN ACT REMOVING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GRAND ARMY BUILDING IN THE CITY OF LYNN
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 220 of the acts of 1919 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 18 to 20, inclusive, the words “, is above the age of thirty years, and has been a resident of the city of Lynn for at least five consecutive years preceding his appointment” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and is above the age of 30 years.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
