AN ACT CHANGING THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF MILFORD TO A SELECT BOARD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the executive body of the town of Milford, previously known as the board of selectmen, shall be known as the select board and shall have all of the powers and duties of a board of selectmen under any general or special law, by-law of the town or rules and regulations applicable thereto.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
