AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS FOR THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS IN THE TOWN OF UPTON
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The last sentence of the first paragraph of section 1 of chapter 263 of the acts of 1989, as added by chapter 77 of the acts of 2017, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “3” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5.
