AN ACT ABOLISHING THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS IN THE CITY OF FALL RIVER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 4 of chapter 281 of the acts of 2012 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
