AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE MILFORD ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Milford at the annual town meeting held on May 23, 2022 and May 25, 2022 are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the meeting was held in full compliance with law.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
