AN ACT DIRECTING CERTAIN REVENUES OF THE TOWN OF WAREHAM TO THE WAREHAM MUNICIPAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Fifty per cent of the net proceeds from the sale of properties taken by tax title by the town of Wareham shall be directed into the Wareham Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Fund account which may be expended by the Wareham Municipal Affordable Housing Trust for the purpose of funding programs related to affordable housing.
