AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE SUBMISSION OF ARTICLES TO TOWN MEETINGS IN THE TOWN OF WAREHAM
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Articles submitted to the board of selectmen of the town of Wareham for the spring or fall town meeting by a majority of the full membership of any elected or appointed multiple-member body pursuant to the charter or by-laws of the town of Wareham shall be included in the warrant by the board of selectmen. The submission of such articles shall be in addition to the submission of articles pursuant to section 10 of chapter 39 of the General Laws.
