AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE SWANSEA WATER COMMISSIONER HEALTH BENEFITS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 9 of chapter 137 of the acts of 1949, as most recently amended by section 1 of chapter 374 of the acts of 2020, is hereby further amended by adding the following sentence:- Notwithstanding chapter 32B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, elected members of the board of water commissioners shall not be eligible for medical, dental or life insurance coverage.
