AN ACT AMENDING THE CHARTER OF WHEATON COLLEGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 3 of chapter 84 of the acts of 1912 is hereby amended by striking out the words “the degree of Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts”, in lines 2 and 3, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- and confer such degrees as are usually conferred by colleges in the commonwealth, except medical degrees and degrees of juris doctor and master of laws.
