AN ACT CHANGING THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION IN THE TOWN OF MONTAGUE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 9 of the acts of 1974 is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “Monday” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- Tuesday.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
