AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWNS OF BELCHERTOWN AND WARE AS THE KENNETH J. IWASINSKI MEMORIAL BRIDGE
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a bridge in the towns of Belchertown and Ware, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Bridge number B05027, bridge identification number 90D, located on state highway route 9 in the towns of Belchertown and Ware shall be designated and known as the Kenneth J. Iwasinski Memorial Bridge. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
