AN ACT VALIDATING THE RESULTS OF A CERTAIN SPECIAL ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF HARDWICK
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or town by-law or charter provision to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the town of Hardwick at its special election held on January 18, 2025, and all actions taken pursuant thereto, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with the statutory requirement to conduct the election not later than 90 days after the date of the close of the town meeting at which an appropriation vote was adopted.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
