AN ACT ENABLING EXPENDITURES FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND OF THE TOWN OF WEST TISBURY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, the Affordable Housing Trust Fund of the town of West Tisbury, established pursuant to section 55C of chapter 44 of the General Laws, may expend funds for community housing for households earning not more than 150 per cent of the county of Dukes County median household income as reported from time to time by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, except for any funds from the community preservation fund of the town of West Tisbury, which will be subject to the income limits set forth in the act.
