AN ACT DISSOLVING A CERTAIN SPECIAL FUND IN THE TOWN OF ATHOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 143 of the acts of 2016 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Any funds remaining in the special fund established by the town of Athol, designated by the town as VABC Receivership Account #27000-300-00-3590-0001, pursuant to chapter 143 of the acts of 2016 on the effective date of this act shall be transferred to the special fund established by the town of Athol, designated by the town as VABC Demo Account #27000-300-00-3590-0002, pursuant to chapter 144 of the acts of 2016.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
