AN ACT SETTING A DATE FOR THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING FOR THE TOWN OF ORANGE
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 56 of the acts of 2008 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. The annual town meeting for the town of Orange shall be held on the second Monday in May.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
