AN ACT RELATIVE TO GROUP INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


The town of Webster shall pay ½ of the amount of the premium to be paid by a retired employee of the town under section 9 of chapter 32B of the General Laws.

This Bill having been returned by His Excellency the Governor with his objections thereto in writing (see House 3905) has been passed by the House of Representatives, notwithstanding said objections, two-thirds of the House (155 yeas to 0 nays) having agreed to pass the same.

Sent to the Senate for its action.
