AN ACT DESIGNATING THE BROCKTON DISTRICT COURTHOUSE AS THE GEORGE N. COVETT COURTHOUSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The Brockton district courthouse, shall be designated and known as the
George N. Covett Courthouse,
in honor of George N. Covett, the former presiding justice of the Brockton
district court. The division of capital asset management and maintenance shall
erect suitable markers bearing the designation in compliance with
the standards of the division.
