AN ACT RELATIVE TO CERTAIN CONSERVATION LAND IN THE TOWN OF AMHERST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
A certain parcel of land located in the town of Amherst, recorded in the
Hampshire county registry of deeds in Book 3018, Page 309 and designated as
parcel B, may be used for affordable housing or general municipal purposes.
