AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SPEED LIMIT FOR SASSAQUIN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF NEW BEDFORD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the city of New Bedford may establish a speed limit of 20 miles per hour on the way known as Sassaquin avenue in that city.

This Bill having been returned by His Excellency the Governor with his objections thereto in writing (see House 4386) has been passed by the House of Representatives, notwithstanding said objections, two-thirds of the House (130 yeas to 22 nays) having agreed to pass the same.
Sent to the Senate for its action.
