AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE RESIDENCY OF THE TOWN MANAGER OF THE TOWN OF CONCORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of chapter 280 of the acts of 1952 is hereby amended by striking out the third sentence.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
