AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE MBTA INFRASTRUCTURE RENOVATION FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 291 of the acts of 2004 is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
SECTION 104. Sections 98 and 103 of chapter 236 of the acts of 2000are hereby repealed. Section 102 shall take effect on July 1, 2006 and section 103 shall take effect on June 30, 2006.
